Story:
Born & raised in Georgia. I have lived in the small quaint town of Portal all my life. I attended & graduated from Swainsboro Technical College with a degree in Accounting and then attended & graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in accounting. I was saved and baptized at the age of 16 in a small Baptist church in the “big town” of Rocky Ford, Georgia. I floundered in serving the Lord until 1991 when I met my husband and saw how faithful he and his family served the Lord in the small family church he grew up in and we still attend and serve in today. In 2005, began serving in the ministry as a Youth Leader, a role I enjoy and love dearly even though I am over 50 now. I am a simple person, a daughter, a friend, a wife and a mother saved by grace through my faith in Jesus Christ, my Lord & Savior. I am married to Bobby Lloyd Brown from Millen, Georgia and we have one beautiful daughter, Madison Leigh Brown. I enjoy reaching out to serve others and sharing God’s love through the ministry areas He has provided for me in the community and at work.

My hopes & dreams for the church:
That the church will keep their focus on sharing the true gospel of Christ with those who are lost and with the ones whom they are shepherding without hesitation, judgment or condemnation and show the love of Christ as they witness.
